W.B. Mason is hiring a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales footprint in your assigned territory. You’ll meet local businesses, demonstrate our complete range of workplace products, and help new customers get set up with MasonvilleGO.

You'll collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams, attend regular branch meetings, and enjoy a culture that promotes from within. This is a dynamic role with growth opportunities in a privately owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
