Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales presence in the assigned Vermont territory. You will visit local businesses, demonstrate products, and present pricing while building lasting customer relationships.

You will collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts, with ongoing branch meetings to stay connected and supported in a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to cover an assigned territory, visiting local businesses.
• Introduce W.B. Mason's range of workplace products and services.
• Demo products, share pricing, and help new customers get set up.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
