Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to build the customer base in the local territory. You will travel to meet businesses, showcase the full line of workplace products and services, and guide new accounts through setup with MasonvilleGO.

You will work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions, attend branch meetings, and grow your outside sales career in a culture that values growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Able to read, write, and converse in English.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hit the road and meet local businesses in your assigned territory to introduce W.B. Mason's products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to smoothly transition new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
• Grow the market and your outside sales career with the team.
