Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your assigned territory to meet local businesses and showcase W.B. Mason’s full range of workplace products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and onboard new customers through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and account growth.
• Participate in regular branch sales meetings and leverage team support to expand your market and outside sales career.
