W.B. Mason in Manchester, NH is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales presence across the region. You will visit local businesses, demonstrate products, and tailor solutions with consultative pricing to win new accounts.

Work with inside sales and onboarding to transition new customers, attend regular branch meetings, and build a thriving market. We offer competitive pay, strong benefits, and clear opportunities for advancement within a family-style company

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

Hitting the road to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason.
Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate our full range of workplace products and services.
Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
Work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth account transitions.
Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
