Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an enthusiastic outside sales professional to cover a defined local territory. After training, you will visit small to mid-sized businesses, present supplemental insurance solutions to owners and employees, and build a growing client portfolio.

You will work with a team that values drive, accountability, and continuous improvement, with performance-based compensation and opportunities for advancement.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine connections quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Cover a dedicated assigned territory and schedule in-person meetings with business owners.
• Make sales calls to small- and mid-sized businesses across industries in your territory.
• Attend meetings with clients and present insurance solutions tailored to employee needs.
• Develop and nurture a local client portfolio and referrals within your market.
• Record daily activity and progress toward monthly/quarterly targets.
