Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and medium businesses. You will receive extensive training to sell supplemental insurance solutions, engaging decision-makers, and presenting to groups of 50–100+ prospects.

You’ll manage your own territory, schedule, and client portfolio with a focus on growth and independence. This role offers a structured training path, performance-based progression, and opportunities to advance within

Qualifications

• Background check conducted at pre-employment stage.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners; follow up on leads.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and hit sales targets set monthly/quarterly.
• Record daily activity and sales stats.
• Plan weekly schedule and report to sales manager.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with manager and team.
