Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive new business for supplemental insurance solutions. You will engage small to mid-size businesses, deliver product showcases to groups, and nurture relationships with decision-makers across the territory.

You will receive extensive classroom and field training, with autonomy to manage your schedule, visit clients, and pursue growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered with relevant sales background.
• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network within territory.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
