Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to join our competitive, goal-driven team. In this outside sales role, you will prospect, call on small and mid-size businesses, and present our health and life insurance solutions directly to owners and decision-makers.

You will build your own book of business and manage your schedule with guidance from your sales manager. You'll participate in training, earn draw pay with bonuses, and have opportunities for advancement based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Call on small and medium-sized businesses and present supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments and meet with owners/decision-makers.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
