Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales representative to develop a new book of business across a designated territory. You will conduct in-person visits to businesses, acquire new clients, and retain them through ongoing service and relationship building.

You will train to present industry-leading supplemental insurance products, meeting with owners, benefits managers, and employees to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain)
• Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales background will be considered.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduling calls and meetings with sales team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules and submit to manager.
