Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage a sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role: you'll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Uncapped commission means your earning potential grows directly with your results. The salary for this position is $65,000.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/territory sales experience.
• Proven cold calling and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and canvass territory to generate new business.
• Present to contractors and facility/HR managers on-site.
• Explain value of skilled workforce and productivity gains.
• Coordinate with project coordinators to match craftspeople.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Build relationships with client senior management and jobsite staff.
• Manage full client lifecycle including onboarding and issue resolution.
• Support field employees and track jobsite placements.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Attend trade events to build industry relationships.
• Collect on outstanding invoices and support timely payments.
