Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role: you'll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Uncapped commission means your earning potential grows directly with your results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales or B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to cold call, canvass a territory, and generate new business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors and HR managers.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled workforce and productivity benefits.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators to ensure the right workers are matched to orders.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets.
• Build relationships with client senior management and site superintendents.
• Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to satisfaction checks.
• Track activity and maintain client records in Salesforce.
