Job summary

Tradesmen International is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to grow and manage an assigned sales territory in the construction staffing industry. This is an outside sales role; you'll be in the field daily, building relationships with commercial construction clients, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Uncapped commission means your earning potential grows directly with your results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside/Territory/B2B sales experience (construction or staffing adds value).
• Proven track record of cold calling and generating new business leads.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Regular attendance in office and field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, cold call, and canvass within your territory to generate new business and grow current accounts.
• Make direct sales calls and presentations to contractors, facility managers, and HR managers on their premises.
• Educate prospects on the value of a skilled, variable workforce and its impact on productivity and profitability.
• Coordinate with internal Project Coordinators to match craftworkers to orders.
• Maintain and exceed quarterly sales goals and growth targets.
