Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet with business owners and benefits managers to present supplemental insurance products, building relationships and driving growth.

The role emphasizes in-person calls, training provided, and a fast-paced environment with ongoing performance-based promotions and opportunities for commissions. A valid license or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face client meetings
• Ability to manage a territory and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products
• Maintain client portfolio and provide ongoing service
• Schedule meetings and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Collaborate with sales manager to set and hit targets
• Track daily activities and sales progress in CRM
