Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to build a new book of business in a fresh Texas territory. You will conduct in-person visits to small and medium businesses, presenting industry-leading supplemental insurance products and services.

You will work with an energetic team to develop relationships with business owners and benefits managers, manage a personal portfolio, and collaborate on setting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school work experience in sales or related field.
• Active Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license with coverage for licensing fees.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients and decision-makers.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text and follow up on referrals.
• Meet and exceed territory sales targets with management support.
