Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new book of business in a dedicated territory. You will meet business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products and services.

Training is provided to help you succeed in a competitive, team-oriented environment. You will visit businesses, build relationships, and work toward personal and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; sales/athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Schedule and attend meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Record daily activity and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team manager to plan and meet targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to your manager.
• Develop and retain a portfolio of clients with ongoing service.
