Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise seeks an entry-level outside sales professional to develop a new territory in Texas. You will engage with business owners to present supplemental insurance products, leveraging a Salesforce CRM and a structured training program.

Expect face-to-face client meetings, pipeline development, and collaboration with the team to hit monthly and quarterly targets. A valid driver’s license and active producer license (or willingness to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of post-high school work experience with relevant sales background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or already licensed).

Responsibilities

• Outside direct sales in your own territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, track activity, and grow client base.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Record daily activity and sales progress; manage schedule and deadlines.
