Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level, territory-based sales representative to promote supplemental insurance to small and medium businesses. You’ll receive comprehensive training, manage your own schedule, and build a growing client portfolio across your territory.

You’ll engage decision-makers through one-on-one meetings and group presentations, with licensing support and a path for advancement. Strong communication and drive are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; state licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs; deliver product showcases.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners; re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio; meet sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
