Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead service operations across designated regions. You will oversee field supervision, safety, and training, while steering customer satisfaction and operational priorities.

Strong leadership and communication are essential, along with managing labor and materials within budget. The role requires a high school education; a BA/BS is preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience leading a team of technicians is preferred.
• Elevator industry is desired but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects; strong tech skills and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and adherence to standards.
• Meet with customers to align obligations and expectations.
• Direct field maintenance and contractual service operations.
• Provide field education and training to the workforce.
• Manage budgets for labor and materials and monitor dispatches.
• Improve efficiencies, route schedules, and callback rates.
• Provide technical support and authorize repair orders.
• Lead change to improve efficiency and communication; respond to escalations.
