Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. seeks a Manager, Service Operations to lead elevator service operations across the Anaheim and South Bay, California territory. This hands-on role manages field mechanics and customer service, budgets, safety, audits, and related activities, working with sales and internal teams to deliver top service.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in elevator service operations, strong leadership, and the ability to travel within the territory, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years elevator service operations or similar industry experience.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage field teams and customer relationships.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, parts needs, and safety/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of field mechanics across the assigned service territory.
• Oversee day-to-day elevator service operations, including customer accounts, budgets, parts, safety, audits, and payroll activities.
• Coordinate staffing, job requirements, materials, and resources to support effective field execution.
• Provide operational support and participate in rotating evening and weekend coverage as required.
• Partner with sales representatives and participate in customer meetings.
• Maintain accurate tracking of orders and related service activity.
• Communicate effectively with mechanics, customers, sales representatives, and internal partners.
