Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Manager, Territory Management to lead service operations in designated territories. You will oversee day-to-day field supervision, staff training, and safety program enforcement while driving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school education required; BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience with leading a team of technicians is preferred.
• Elevator industry is desired, but not required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure field employee safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Meet with customers to align obligations and expectations.
• Direct field maintenance and contractual service operations.
• Conduct field education training with the field workforce.
• Maintain customer quality assurance with focus on safety and cost control.
• Improve efficiencies, manage route schedules and call-backs.
• Provide technical support and authorize repair orders.
