Job summary

Otis Elevator Company is seeking a Territory Manager for the Essex Junction area to manage key accounts, drive service operations, and secure maintenance contracts. You will build customer relationships, lead field teams, and ensure safety and on-time project delivery in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales or related field management experience in the elevator sector, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside sales experience, project management, or field management within the elevator industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage account management and service operations for the branch Prospect and maintain customer relationships.
• Achieve or exceed sales objectives and act as technical consultant to customers.
• Lead field operations for service/maintenance projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Perform field safety audits, site inspections, and develop safety/logistics plans.
