Job summary

BioTissue is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to implement strategies that support customers in the Mid-Atlantic region, with routine travel to physicians' offices and clinics. You will promote and sell products, define market opportunities, and work under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director.

The role emphasizes achieving monthly revenue goals, maintaining excellent customer service, and collaborating with Marketing, Reimbursement, and Customer Service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences or related field is required.
• 1 year outside sales experience required; strong preference for pharmaceutical/medical device or biotech contexts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory revenue goals as assigned by Regional Sales Director.
• Identify market opportunities, implement strategies, and penetrate existing accounts to increase utilization of products.
• Present to individuals and groups on products and company programs; stay informed on competitors and market dynamics.
• Support territory business plan to ensure monthly revenue goals and long-term growth; adjust plans to meet quotas.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
