Job summary

ACROBiosystems, a global leader in recombinant proteins and critical reagents, seeks a Scientific Sales Account Manager to drive growth in Maryland and Delaware. You will leverage your biology background to understand customer research goals and recommend reagents while building strong relationships with scientists across academia, biotech, and pharma.

You will manage a defined territory, travel 30–50%, and collaborate with marketing and technical support to accelerate customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, or related field
• Master's degree or above in a related field is preferred
• Hands-on experience with protein-based assays (ELISA, FACS, SPR, BLI)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with scientists in academia, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies
• Understand customer research goals and recommend reagents and solutions
• Conduct customer meetings (virtual and in-person) to discuss scientific applications
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and technical support
• Travel within territory (approximately 30-50%)
