Job summary

BioTissue, based in the Mid-Atlantic region, seeks a sales professional to implement territory strategies and promote products to physicians in diverse clinical settings. Expect routine travel within the territory to establish and grow customer relationships and meet revenue goals.

You will train, present to groups, and collaborate with Regional Sales Director, Marketing, and Reimbursement teams to drive market penetration and long-term growth while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences or related field required.
• 1 year outside sales required; prefer pharmaceuticals, medical devices, ophthalmology/optometry, biotechnology or tissue products.

Responsibilities

• Achieves performance goals as assigned by Regional Sales Director.
• Define and identify key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies and effectively implement sales direction to penetrate existing accounts to increase utilization of our products and work to gain new customers.
• Successfully complete sales training and continually stay updated and informed on competitors and market dynamics by participating in corporate updates and ongoing training.
• Proficient in presenting to individuals and large groups of customers on all products and applicable company programs.
• Support territory business plan to ensure achievement of monthly revenue goals and overall sustainable long term growth, in agreement with their Regional Sales Director make adjustments to plan ensuring potential sales issues are addressed in a timely manner assuring monthly and quarterly quota is met.
• Conducts all job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
