Job summary

Organon is seeking a Territory Business Manager for Dermatology covering Baltimore, DC, and Northern VA. You will drive product awareness, build relationships with physicians, and lead sales initiatives within a defined geography.

You will work with internal teams, travel as needed, and ensure compliant promotion of our dermatology portfolio while achieving quota-driven targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in quota-driven role, preferably in dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
• Requires strong communication with healthcare professionals and teams.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and meet sales targets in a defined territory.
