BD is seeking a field-based sales professional to represent BDPI in a designated geography and achieve sales objectives. You will sell the full product line, educate customers on pricing, policies, and product benefits, and perform in-service trainings.

The role requires deep product and clinical data knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to plan calls, analyze needs, and develop solutions. This position emphasizes on-site collaboration and compliance with BD’s policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years outside sales experience required.
• Two or more years outside sales experience or equivalency.
• Demonstrated human relation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Sell the entire product line to current and new accounts.
• Inform customers of new and current pricing, backorders, and company policies
• Executes comprehensive in-service of products to all concerned individuals
• Plans sales calls on a continuous basis, managing sales time effectively
• Develops thorough knowledge of all products and clinical data
• Informs Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity
• Achieves prompt, mutually satisfactory solutions to customer complaints
• Analyzes customer needs and creates solutions
• Maintains company automobile and company property
• Completes and processes BDPI reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
