Job summary

You will educate surgeons and hospital staff on BD products, provide on-site clinical support, and travel at least 60% with 4 days in‑office per week; local candidates only. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience; medical sales preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel at least 60% (overnight trips).
• Valid driver's license with 3 years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales goals within the designated territory and budget.
• Grow sales of current accounts and establish new accounts.
• Present, educate, and provide in-services on product usage to surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide on-site technical support during procedures to ensure proper product use.
• Train physicians and hospital staff on product use and capabilities.
• Maintain knowledge of products, channels, and distribution.
• Meet territory sales and profitability goals and develop new prospects.
• Advise customers on new products, backorders, pricing, and forecasts.
