Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., seeks an Associate Sales Representative to exceed quotas in Illinois by delivering Acumed products on time and providing high-quality OR support. Identify new business opportunities, conduct field sales calls, coordinate delivery and training, and maintain CRM records while upholding AdvaMed compliance.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of medical device sales; credentialing for hospital access is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or medical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years demonstrated sales experience in medical devices preferred.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Credentialing for hospital access required.
• Must gain necessary credentialing and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies needs of new prospects and delivers appropriate responses.
• Performs field sales calls and OR consultations.
• Provides post-sale follow up and coordinates delivery dates and training.
• Communicates product updates and portfolio changes to accounts.
• Cross-sells products and introduces new products to accounts.
• Maintains customer records in CRM per Acumed specifications.
• Ensures compliance with AdvaMed code and company policies.
• Gains knowledge on medical device industry and market trends.
• Attends tradeshows and sales meetings as needed.
