Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Chicago, IL with remote options. The role focuses on exceeding sales quotas in the OR by delivering Acumed products and providing high-quality technical support.

The ideal candidate has a business or medical background, 0–2 years of sales experience, and strong communication skills. Travel to hospitals and credentialing for access are required. Salary range $65,000–$80,000 with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with physicians and surgical staff.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Knowledge of selling processes, marketing tactics, and product demos.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments.
• Ability to obtain hospital credentials for access.
• Reliable transportation to travel to accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify needs of prospects and tailor responses to meet them.
• Perform field sales calls and on-call OR consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow-up, delivery coordination and training.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to accounts.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new offerings to customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Attend tradeshows, meetings, and promotional activities as needed.
