Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to exceed quotas in Des Moines, IA. You will deliver Acumed products in the OR, provide high-quality technical assistance, and pursue new business opportunities with surgeons and hospitals.

The role requires building relationships, maintaining records, and gaining hospital credentials while adhering to AdvaMed and regulatory standards. Travel to clinics and hospitals is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or medical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical personnel.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify needs of prospects and deliver appropriate responses to meet needs.
• Perform field sales calls for assigned accounts and territory, including operating room consultation.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and coordinate product delivery and training.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure privacy and compliance with AdvaMed code and regulations.
