Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings backed by Berkshire Hathaway, is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to exceed quotas in the Springfield, IL area. You will deliver Acumed products in the operating room, provide high-quality technical support, and drive relationships with surgeons and hospitals.

The role requires credentialing for hospital access, field sales activity, and proactive follow-up with accounts.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years demonstrated sales experience.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons & hospitals in respective areas.
• This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
• Must be able to gain necessary credentialing for hospital access.
• Credentialing Required

Responsibilities

• Deliver Acumed product in the OR and provide high-quality technical assistance.
• Perform field sales calls for assigned accounts and territory.
• Coordinate product replenishment and delivery dates; provide post-sale follow-up and in-service training.
• Cross-sell additional products and introduce new products to current and new accounts.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ensure compliance with AdvaMed code of conduct.
