Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. through Acumed LLC seeks an Associate Sales Representative to exceed sales quotas in a designated territory by delivering Acumed products on time and providing high-quality technical assistance in the operating room.

You will assess customer bases, identify opportunities, and execute targeted sales strategies with proactive lead follow-up. Responsibilities include field sales calls, on-call OR consultations, and coordinating deliveries with post-sale support.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years demonstrated sales experience in medical device or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Credentialing required to gain hospital access; credentialing process must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs of new prospects and deliver tailored responses.
• Conduct field sales calls and operating room consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow-up, manage delivery dates, and coordinate product replenishment.
• Communicate product updates and portfolio changes to accounts.
• Cross-sell additional products and introduce new offerings to current and new accounts.
