Job summary

Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, Inc., seeks an Associate Sales Representative in Chicago to drive sales in the OR, deliver technical support, and pursue new opportunities across surgical accounts. You will manage prospects, execute territory plans, and coordinate post-sale customer care.

You will engage with physicians and hospital staff, build relationships, and participate in tradeshows and sales meetings to grow the business while meeting credentialing requirements and maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or medical discipline preferred or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years sales experience; medical device industry preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with physicians and surgical staff.
• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies and product demonstrations.
• Comfort in emergency/operating room environments; able to obtain hospital credentials.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for hospital visits.

Responsibilities

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate responses (written, phone, in-person).
• Conduct field sales calls in assigned territory including OR consultations.
• Provide post-sale follow-up and coordinate product replenishment and training.
• Communicate product updates and updates to Acumed’s portfolio to accounts.
• Cross-sell additional products and introduce new offerings.
• Maintain customer records per CRM standards and adhere to AdvaMed code of conduct.
• Obtain sales skills and product knowledge training.
