Acumed LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an Associate Sales Representative to exceed sales quotas in a Chicago territory. You will deliver Acumed products on time, provide high‑quality technical assistance in the OR, and identify new business opportunities through targeted strategies.

The role requires building relationships with surgeons and hospitals, coordinating post‑sale support, and maintaining CRM records while adhering to regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or medical discipline.
• 0–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical devices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage physicians and surgical teams effectively.
• Experience building relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategy, and CRM systems.
• Comfort working in emergency/operating room environments.
• Able to obtain hospital credentials and maintain patient privacy.
• Reliable transportation to cover territory.

Responsabilités

• Execute business plans to identify and close new business.
• Identify needs of prospects and respond with tailored solutions.
• Perform field sales calls in the assigned territory, including OR consultations.
• Provide post‑sale follow-up and coordinate product deliveries.
• Communicate product updates and training opportunities to accounts.
• Cross-sell products and introduce new offerings as available.
• Maintain records in the CRM per company policies.
• Uphold AdvaMed and company ethics, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Gain ongoing training in sales skills and product knowledge.
• Attend trade shows, meetings, and promotional events as needed.
