Job summary

W.B. Mason in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales presence. You will travel your assigned territory, meet local business owners, demonstrate products, provide pricing, and onboard new customers through MasonvilleGO with support from inside sales.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independence, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. A BS/BA is preferred; experience in retail or customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your assigned territory to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and onboard new customers via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
• Attend branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported and grow your market.
