W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. This role emphasizes territory development, client outreach, and collaborative work with inside sales and onboarding teams to expand our market reach.

You will visit local businesses, present our complete product range, and leverage MasonvilleGO to set up new accounts while delivering strong customer service and solutions-driven pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to explore your assigned territory and introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason offerings.
• Meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and demonstrate our full range of workplace products and services.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported as you grow your market and your outside sales career.
