W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in Philadelphia to grow our outside sales footprint. You will visit local businesses, present our full range of office products and services, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Travel the assigned territory to introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason's products and services
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported
