Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales footprint within the assigned territory.

You will visit local businesses, demonstrate products, and present custom pricing, helping new customers get started through MasonvilleGO, with support from inside sales and onboarding teams. Ideal candidates have customer service or retail sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road within your assigned territory to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason’s offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported, growing the market and outside sales career.
