Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and customer success across the Canadian market. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, build strong rancher relationships, and partner with product and onboarding teams to ensure value delivery.

You’ll travel within your territory, engage with industry groups, and contribute to strategy while representing Halter on the ground with ranchers and regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience in ranching or cattle operations preferred.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business in the territory.
• In-field sales with customers on farms or ranches.
• Expanding existing opportunities with current customers.
• Hit sales targets and manage deals from pipeline to close.
