Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the US. You will own the sales cycle, build strong relationships with cattle producers, and collaborate with product and onboarding teams to maximize value from Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

You’ll travel frequently, cultivate a robust pipeline, expand existing relationships, and contribute to the US sales strategy as we scale.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong territory ownership and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
• Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
• Experience in consultative B2B sales and customer success is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a robust pipeline in the assigned US territory.
• In-field sales and relationship building with ranchers and agriculture groups.
• Expand existing opportunities and drive revenue while ensuring customer success.
• Hit and exceed sales targets and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
• Own the customer onboarding and handoff to deployment teams.
