Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and ensure customer success across the Canadian Northern Manitoba region. You will lead sales strategies, build relationships with ranchers, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to maximize value from Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

You will spend substantial time in the field, often on horseback or in cattle operations, and travel frequently to meet customers, trade groups, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or tech sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsabilités

• Prospecting new business and building a local pipeline.
• In-field sales with hands-on ranch engagement.
• Expand opportunities with existing customers and upsell Halter solutions.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and manage multiple deals.
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment.
