Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across Wisconsin and beyond. You will execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with ranchers and industry associations, and meet ambitious growth targets while acting as Halter’s on-the-ground representative in the field.

You will collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer value, and travel frequently within the territory to maximize opportunities and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in leading B2B sales efforts in agriculture technology.
• Strong ability to manage pipelines and hit growth targets.
• Excellent relationship-building with farmers and cattle industry groups.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a pipeline through outbound activities and inbound leads.
• In-field sales visits on ranches and at industry events to showcase Halter solutions.
• Expand relationships with existing customers and drive upsell opportunities.
• Hit and exceed sales targets while managing current deals and forecasting future quarters.
• Own the territory end-to-end, including onboarding and deployment of Halter’s product.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with Support to resolve issues quickly.
• Represent Halter at industry events and contribute to US sales strategy.
