Job summary

Abbott in Dallas, TX is seeking a Territory Manager, Structural Interventions, to drive sales of Amplatzer congenital products across a designated region. You will partner with clinical consultants, identify opportunities, and coordinate with hospital networks to meet annual sales objectives.

As a seasoned cardiovascular sales professional, you will build relationships with physicians and hospital staff, analyze market dynamics, and craft pricing strategies within company guidelines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 5+ years’ of which include Structural Heart or Electrophysiology specific sales experience.
• Vaccination verification for vendor credentialing (COVID-19) and related accommodations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies considering product, competition, and pricing needs.
• Develops action plans by analyzing sales figures and needs identified with regional manager.
• Identifies key accounts and clinicians with greatest impact on product use and purchasing decisions.
• Observes procedures in labs and ORs to understand physician and staff needs.
• Establishes pricing packages with Abbott Vascular personnel within guidelines.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to identify new contacts and decision makers.
• Performs sales support activities, including trainings, launches, and updates.
• Attends trade shows, conferences, and seminars to stimulate interest in products.
• Educates customers on product usage through presentations and demonstrations.
