Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of related cardiovascular work experience; 5+ years with Structural Heart or EP sales experience.
• Vaccination verification may be required for vendor credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Sells products by scheduling sales calls to meet revenue and unit growth objectives.
• Develops and implements sales strategies for hospital personnel and physicians.
• Creates action plans by analyzing sales data and coordinating with regional manager.
• Identifies key accounts and decision makers to drive clinical needs and purchases.
• Observes procedures in labs and ORs to understand customer needs and workflows.
• Establishes pricing packages with Abbott Vascular to address customer needs while following policy.
• Builds relationships with hospital staff to expand contacts across departments.
• Performs sales support activities and coordinates trainings, launches, and updates.
• Attends trade shows and conferences to generate interest in products.
• Educates customers on product usage via presentations and demonstrations to secure commitments.
• Maintains clinical/technical expertise through product trainings.
• Monitors market trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.
• Prepares and submits reports to sales management with data and projections.
