Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in the United States (Remote) is seeking a seasoned sales professional for the Structural Heart division. You will promote strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive growth with regional leadership while building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device sales, a Life Sciences or Marketing background, and familiarity with interventional cardiology and echo imaging.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience required; degree in Life Sciences or Marketing Preferred.
• 5+ years of related sales experience in medical device industry (cardiovascular or structural heart), or equivalent clinical orientation.
• Experience with products for use in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery; familiarity with echo cardiology and other indirect imaging required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and process skills to support business planning, strategic planning, forecasting, sales process, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support Abbott Structural Heart with Regional Sales Director to grow sales and negotiate contracts.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and keep leaders informed of market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with Abbott policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement sales strategies considering product and reimbursement needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to generate referrals and schedule procedures.
• Support clinical case coverage and training with the Senior Account Manager.
• Create weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans using sales data to hit targets.
