Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Territory Manager, Structural Interventions in the United States. This field-based role targets sales of Amplatzer congenital devices (ASD, PDA, VSD, PFO) and works with a Regional Director to identify opportunities and achieve annual sales objectives in assigned territory.

You will develop sales strategies, build relationships with hospital personnel, coordinate with clinical consultants, negotiate contracts, and participate in conferences and trainings to advance patient

Responsibilities

• Sell Abbott products by scheduling sales calls to meet revenue and unit growth targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for accounts to promote products to hospital staff.
• Create action plans by analyzing sales data to meet regional goals.
• Identify key accounts and clinical needs by meeting with customers and staff.
• Observe procedures in labs and ORs to understand user needs and requirements.
• Establish pricing in collaboration with Abbott Vascular groups to address customer needs.
• Build relationships with hospital personnel to identify new contacts and decision makers.
• Provide sales support through training, VIP trips, orientations, launches, and updates.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to stimulate interest in Abbott products.
• Educate customers on clinical usage of products to secure commitments.
• Maintain clinical and technical expertise via product training sessions.
• Monitor managed care trends and competitor strategies.
