About the Role

As a Territory Manager, you will drive new business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory in the North East region of Nebraska. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

What Your Day Could Look Like
  • Prospecting new business: driving to channels, attending auctions, capturing inbound leads, and maintaining the pipeline.
  • In‑field sales: engaging with customers in the field, sharing the value of Halter, and handling deliverables such as coffee during calving season.
  • Expanding existing opportunities: identifying upsell and cross‑sell possibilities for current customers.
  • Hitting sales targets: managing pipeline and achieving quarterly goals without second‑guessing leads.
  • Customer account management: providing ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction, and facilitating smooth hand‑off to onboarding and deployment teams.
  • Territory ownership: acting as the face of the region, meeting with stakeholders from local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Customer onboarding: owning end‑to‑end customer experience from sales to implementation.
  • Field learnings & feedback: gathering and advocating for customer needs.
  • Collaborating with support teams: quickly resolving issues and escalating when required.
  • Attending industry events: generating leads and deepening relationships during CattleCon, local livestock association meetups, and other events.
  • Contributing to US sales strategy: sharing insights to improve the sales process for the US market.

  • Problem‑solving & collaboration ability: resourceful, quick‑thinking, and effective with cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel: frequent travel within the territory to engage with customers and prospects.
