PROCEPT BioRobotics in the United States is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive the commercial success and clinical adoption of Aquablation therapy across the New Jersey territory. You will lead account plans, engage surgeons and hospital staff, and collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, and Launch teams to maximize procedural adoption.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of OR-based medical devices sales experience.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Ability to manage complex hospital selling environments.
• Case coverage required post-training and onboarding.

Mansioni

• Lead system launches and establish PROCEPT’s therapies as the preferred treatment options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural growth.
• Develop territory and account plans with accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard and train new physicians.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for pre- and post-installation phases.
• Provide case coverage to ensure customer experience and procedural success.
• Understand patient pathways within the surgeon's office and practice integration.
• Drive change-management to overcome adoption barriers and standardize workflows.
• Synthesize customer insights to inform Marketing and R&D priorities.
