PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in the United States to drive launch excellence, accelerate adoption of Aquablation, and expand the reach of PROCEPT Robotic Systems in a strategically important territory. You will build surgeon champions, deepen hospital partnerships, and lead growth initiatives that boost procedural volume and market penetration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in medical sales, preferably in high-growth MedTech.
• Startup or strategic sales experience is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead within field teams.

• Lead launch excellence and drive system adoption within high-opportunity hospitals.
• Onboard and train physicians through the surgeon pathway in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical teams.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.

• Mentor Territory Managers and Associate Territory Managers on planning and execution.
